Wilmington, NC - Brittani Jefferson and Sydney Robinson combined for 19 kills and sophomore setter Megan Thomas paced the attacked the 20 assists to lead Cape Fear in a 3-1 win over Louisburg inside the Schwartz Center in downtown Wilmington on Sunday.
"I'm just real proud of the way of our girls responded after Louisburg started to gain some momentum," said CFCC Coach Emily Coleman. "We came together and cleaned it up."
The Sea Devils improved to 11-4 in conference and 16-8 overall. Cape Fear entertains Lenoir Community College on Friday, Oct. 31 in the regular season finale.
