In Short: Cape Fear traveled to Raleigh, NC to compete against their nearby Region 10 Conference opponent, the Wake Tech Eagles. A card early on in the match from the spirited Sea Devils team put them at a numbers-down disadvantage and the Eagles capitalized well on the event. Unfortunately for Cape Fear, Wake Tech capitalized on the Sea Devils' mistakes and made the most of their opportunities throughout the entire 90-minute period.
Final Thoughts: "Wake Tech definitely wanted it more than us tonight," says Head Coach Giovanni Vlahos. "Hard to compete with 10 men for over 70 minutes. They were a quality team who deserved to win this evening."
