Bolivia, NC - Cape Fear men's basketball lost to Georgia Highlands 85-75 on Friday in the first game of the Cape Fear Classic.
Donte Tatum led the Sea Devils with 26 points, while JV Millner scored 11. Jalen Cameron, meanwhile, added 10 points.
With this tough loss, head coach Ryan Mantlo wants to see his team to respond.
"We've really got to look ourselves in the mirror and dig deep," said Coach Mantlo. "We have much more inside us then we've showed this week."
With the loss, Cape Fear falls to 4-1 on the season.
