Bolivia, NC - The Cape Fear Community College men's basketball team edged Caldwell CC 68-67 on Thursday to extend its winning streak to four straight games.
Anthony Vanook poured in a game-high 28 points and Calvin Davis added 11 to lead the Sea Devils.
"We had trouble finding our rhythm today, but was proud of how we found a way to win the game," said CFCC Coach Ryan Mantlo. "We have to throw this out the window and focus on ending the first semester on the right note tomorrow."
Cape Fear sits at 9-5 and wraps up play before the Christmas break on Friday against Wallace State.
