Sea Devil Cheer to Host Youth Cheer Clinic

Cape Fear Community College Athletics is excited to announce that the Sea Devils Cheerleading team will host a Cheer Clinic on Saturday, January 31st at 10 am. Participants will join the Sea Devil Cheer Team as they learn sideline cheers, jumps, cheer games, and beginner stunts. After completing the morning activities and lunch provided, participants will warm up with the cheer team as the group will cheer on the Cape Fear Men's Basketball team, including participating in a group performance at halftime.
Check-in starts at 9:30 am in the Joe & Barbara Schwartz Center lobby. The clinic will run from 10 am-1 pm. Then from 1 pm-2 pm the participants will have lunch with the cheer team. After lunch, they will warm up and cheer at the CFCC Men's Basketball game which starts at 3pm.
Lunch will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring snacks. All participants should bring their own water bottle and should be dressed for athletic activity with closed-toed shoes (no flip-flops or Crocs). Participants are encouraged to wear a white shirt and navy/black bottoms to train as a group with the cheerleading team.
Upon checking in your participant, you will receive 4 complimentary passes to the Men's Basketball game at 3 p.m. to enjoy the game and attend the halftime performance.

Age: 5 - 12 years of age
Cost: $50 per participant (lunch included in price)
Registration: Register your clinic participant(s) by following this link. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days to complete your payment online. To ensure your spot is reserved, please complete your payment once you receive the confirmation email. Payment and registration must be completed in order to reserve your spot. If a participant is unable to attend after completing sign-up and completed payment, the parent/guardian is required to submit a refund request by January 28th. No refunds will be provided after January 28th.
