Title: Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

Brittani Jefferson enters her second season on the Women's Volleyball staff, marking her second year coaching collegiate volleyball. A young and upcoming coach, Jefferson is in her fifth year overall coaching volleyball. A graduate of Cape Fear Community College, Coach Jefferson returns home after playing at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

As a freshman at CFCC, Jefferson made an immediate impact on the volleyball program as a big, powerful middle blocker, finishing the year 19-3 and second in Region 10. Brittani was awarded all academic, most improved, and all-conference during her freshman campaign. During her second year with the Lady Sea Devils, Coach Jefferson helped guide a 17-10 finish. That year the Sea Devils saw their first ever national ranking (#17) during the season. Jefferson finished the season earning all academic, most valuable player and another spot on the all-conference team.

Coach Jefferson started her coaching career at a local travel volleyball club, Cape Fear Volleyball, where she now coaches 12-18 year olds and is an administrator for the club.

Brittani Jefferson currently resides in Wilmington NC.
