Downtown Campus Information - Joe and Barbara Schwartz Center

Location – CFCC downtown campus is located in downtown Wilmington at 411 N. Front St. overlooking the Cape Fear River.  The Schwartz Center is located north of the main campus across from WWAY-TV at the corner of Hanover and Front St. (610 North Front Street)  Click here for maps and directions.
Parking – When attending basketball and volleyball games or other athletic events at the Schwartz Center, athletes and visitors should park in the surface lot adjacent to the Schwartz Center.  Charter buses may unload at the curb on Hanover St. north of the main building.  
Entrance – Please enter the Schwartz Center through the front entrance.   The front doors to the Schwartz Center will not be opened until one hour prior to game time for the general public, but teams may enter two hours prior to game time.
Admission – Admission to the games will be $5 for adults and kids 12 and under are FREE.  Prices include applicable sales tax.
Locker Room & Team Bench – As the rule, all visiting teams will be assigned to the visitor’s locker room located at the northeast corner of the Schwartz Center.  There will be a CFCC athletic staff member available to lock your locker room door; however, we strongly suggest you do not leave valuables in locker rooms.  Visiting teams will sit on the east side of the scorer’s table.
Supplies & Equipment – Practice balls will be available approximately one hour prior to the start of the initial match or game.  Water, cups, ice bags and waste receptacles will be located near the visitor’s bench.
Training Staff - Scott Glickauff, Athletic Trainer from EmergeOrtho, will be available in case of emergencies. If you have special needs, please contact Scott at 910-763-8184 at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Please bring your own tape if you intend to have your athletes taped. CFCC will not provide bench or shower towels.  Water and cups will be provided at the bench; and ice is available for any injuries.
Video Taping - Teams may videotape games from the designated area in the bleachers behind the scorer’s table.  Please bring your own extension cord and make sure to tape the cord to the stairs/walkway. 

Legion Stadium

Location – Legion Stadium is located at 2149 Carolina Beach Road.   Click here for maps and directions.
Parking – Vans and cars may park in any of the open spaces at Legion Stadium. We ask that buses drop their athletes off and park towards the back of the lot.
Admission  Admission to the games will be $5 for adults and kids 12 and under are FREE. Prices include applicable sales tax.
Locker Room & Team Bench
– Locker Rooms will be provided. We strongly suggest you do not leave valuables in locker rooms. In the sport of the game, please clean up your respective areas when leaving the facility (i.e. bench, locker rooms, classrooms, grounds, etc.).
